Semi-automatic gluer1, Main features This machine is suitable for every kinds of corrugated cardboard gluing.it maintains easy operation ,no necessary training.one minute quick change.minimum size (w+h)for carton gluer is 240mm 2, Main specifications modelparameter TBF-2460 .Max.size(L+W)X2(mm) 2460 .Min.size(L+W)X2(mm) 340 .Max.size(W+H)X(mm) 1515 .Min.size(W+H)X(mm) 240 Height .of Feeder 900 Power(kw) 4 Machine length(mm) 4500 Machine width(mm) 2100 Machine weight(kg) 2200 Machine Speed(Meter/Min) 40Dimension (L×W×H)(mm) 4300×1700×2000 3, Main structure&working principle 3.1 Main structure It is composed of main frame and two small conveyors ; Main frame is composed of lifting work platform,front conveyer equipment,front gluing equipment,middle conveyer equipment,middle paper pressing equipment and electrical control equipment. 3.2 working principle Put the prepared glue into gluer bucket,press each switch button,when everything is in order,turn on the switch below gluer bucket,enable the glue successfully into the head of gluer,then well remove carton,so one side of the carton can be well-distributed glue when across bottom of the head gluer while the other side of carton can be firmly joint together after middle press- roll pressing. 4, installation and test 4.1 fix the machine,adjust the screws of four corners,update balance and well fix screws. 4.2 go through the power line(380v pressure)together with paper conveyor,then lock up screws. 4.3 test at entire machine,press the switch on the front, middle and paper conveyor belt.if the conveyor belt would move normally beginning to end,it says the running direction of conveyor belt is all right.otherwise,it’s best to update power to change runnin g direction.
